AI-generated drafts are produced using Claude, an AI assistant from Anthropic. Bidready does not endorse, control, or guarantee the output of the underlying model. Subscribers remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all generated content before submission or reliance.

3. Subscriber Responsibility

The subscriber is solely responsible for:

• Reviewing, validating, and approving all Bidready-generated content before use or submission
• All pricing, commercial terms, and financial commitments in proposals
• Accuracy and validity of certifications, insurance, bonding, and qualifications
• All attachments, supporting documents, and referenced materials
• Compliance with tender requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission rules
• The final submission package in its entirety
• Any commercial, legal, or operational decisions based on platform outputs

4. Limitation of Liability

Bidready is not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated content
• Submission failures, missed deadlines, or delivery issues
• Evaluation outcomes, scoring decisions, or contract awards
• Commercial losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages
• Third-party reliance on subscriber-submitted content

Bidready-generated content may contain assumptions, placeholders, or omissions. It must be reviewed, validated, and finalized by the subscriber before submission or reliance.

8. Governing Law

Bidready is available worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Bidready agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of Bidready, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
